Who are we?
Established in 2004, Gemtech (East Anglia) was created when our founders grew unhappy with their previous employer. At the time, both our founders were employed by the largest independent pump company within the UK and both of them held management roles within.
Their employer was acquired by a much larger pumping equipment manufacturer which removed the focus on customer service and the company rapidly became profit driven. Disappointed with the loss of customer focus, our founders decided to re-establish it with their own enterprise.
In January 2004, Gemtech (East Anglia) was born and continues to thrive. In 2006, Gemtech (East Anglia) Limited began to Trade as ‘Pump Paramedics’. This alone brought a brand with an identity that, to this day, cannot be forgotten by many. We continue to expand and now boast an impressive nationwide service whilst keeping the family feel & friendliness our customers value.
